Yes. You need to have done Kinesiology Foundation course first.
- first session is 2 hours; after that each subsequent session is 1 hour long;
- First session is double because of case history and asking a lot of questions regarding current symptoms, state of health and wellbeing and body and mind.
- Then by muscle testing we can find structural imbalances/nutritional & chemical imbalances and emotional and energetic imbalances.
- Once we found an imbalance we ascertain the best techniques/ modality to help bring it back into balance such as gentle massage and acupressure.
- Finding what food groups are sensitive/ intolerant to.
- Finding what vitamins, minerals and supplements are relevant now.
- Finding what emotional stressors are affecting and help reduce it.
- Do not take any vitamins/supplements 24 hours prior to treatment.
- wear comfortable trousers as there will leg raises and movement
- drink plenty of water prior to session and avoid tea/ coffee prior to session as it dehydrate bodyD
